In February 2024, a chance encounter changed everything. Two strangers were added to a WhatsApp group by a mutual friend, a small, curious community of people interested in sound healing, vibration, holistic therapies, and alternative medicine.<\/span><\/p>

It was a sliding doors moment. Just weeks later, the group quietly closed, and the person who started it moved to the other side of the world. But something had been set in motion. Conversations sparked in that group didn\u2019t end there, they continued in private messages.<\/span><\/p>

As it turned out, these two people had a lot in common: healing journeys, cold water dipping, self-discovery, the power of the mind, and a shared thirst for deeper meaning.<\/span><\/p>

Over the next few months, they got to know each other better, and let\u2019s just say, it changed both their lives.<\/span><\/p>

The male in the story had taken part in a 100-day no-alcohol challenge back in 2023. When the 100 days were up, he realised he liked the feeling of being alcohol free, so he kept going.<\/span><\/p>

The female hadn\u2019t ever been a heavy drinker, but had noticed that even a couple of glasses of wine left her feeling off. So she decided to give the \u2018no drinking\u2019 life a try, and she liked it too.<\/span><\/p>

More than a year later, both are still proudly alcohol free. But it didn\u2019t start off easy. At first, they were both nervous about telling others. Fear of judgement? Maybe. The awkwardness of explaining yourself at social events? Absolutely. But with time, it got easier, and the support rolled in.<\/span><\/p>

Friends, followers, and strangers started reaching out with messages of encouragement and curiosity. Some said, \u201cI\u2019ve been thinking about this too.\u201d Others said, \u201cI wish I could do it.\u201d<\/span><\/p>

By 2025, both had become mentors in that same 100-day challenge community, sharing their experiences and supporting others on their own journeys.<\/span><\/p>

Now it\u2019s August 2025, and the bond between these two is undeniable. Together, they\u2019ve run side projects, held wellness events, and most recently, launched a clothing brand.<\/span><\/p>

Introducing <\/span>JAI + CHAI<\/span><\/strong>, a feel-good clothing label celebrating conscious living, positive messaging, and beautiful cotton basics that aren\u2019t throwaway trends. This is slow fashion, with soul.<\/span><\/p>
